Baloney! I worked at St. Vincents in the late 80s, early 90s and participated in the care of some of the renal txplt patients. There were many Saudi patients who were living for months to years in nearby apartments, at the expense of the Saudi government, while awaiting their transplants. It was common knowledge that the Saudi gov't had deep pockets and was footing the bills.
