I have the same (Windows XP/IE6) — but mainly use Firefox and Opera — I'll do some checking, I think the it has to do with window size in IE. If the window width is smaller then the minimal size for the three columns then you will see the effect you are seeing. I've only seen this with IE6, and not Firefox/Opera.

Well, will take a while to get used to the new color scheme. At first thought I was at the wrong site!
